"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"Fine-- I should have looked at pictures of what they were going to plant before agreeing to the work-- we spent a lot of money and it wasn't the plant I meant. They also came on a day we weren't home, and had I been home, I would have caught that and saved us money. We've had to redo the area again six years later because it wasn't what we wanted or needed. They did also put in a French drain which mostly solved a drainage problem, but not completely."

"We have a contract with them. They also do my tree trimming too and that’s like $400. They’re arborist so they know their trees. They’re not just a company that comes and chops things down. They’re very careful with what they do and they are very, very professional and they know their thing. The length of the service depends on what they are doing. The scale treatment, they usually can do that in maybe 30 minutes. Tree trimming though, that takes longer, two hours maybe. They are very, very good."

"I've used Premium for over a decade, basically for every major project in my yard. My first time contacting was based on a referral from a trusted friend back in early 2006. "Julio put in an irrigation system at our house. The whole process from the initial quote and contract to the installation was 5 stars. He showed up exactly as scheduled for each visit. Julio is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to place to sprinkler heads to get full coverage, be efficient, and respect neighbors at the same time. We are in a new house, so he needed to work around future fences, patios, planter, sheds, and gardens. He was able to see our vision and get the system working 100% as we hoped. His wife was onsite as well doing the control system install. The system works on wi-fi and we can control it from the phone. Programming and using the system is easy. I am a Class A concrete and masonry contractor myself and know exactly how a crew should run. Julio was onsite all day managing the crew and running the machine. Let me tell you Julio’s crew is about as good as it gets. From the second they stepped off the truck they each did their individual tasks without being told anything. They were clean and hand dug critical parts. Clean up was so good you can barely tell they were here. The damage to the yard was way less than I figured possible. I need to bring my guys over to watch his crew to learn a few things. All the equipment and tools were new and clean and looked very professional pulling up and being onsite all day. In closing I can’t see a reason not to hire Julio. The price was good, the service was top notch, and the system works perfectly. I highly recommend this company. "I am very satisfied with the project. Mr. McCall is a Master Plumber licensed to work on sewer lines as well as indoor plumbing. It was a large project requiring a back hoe to dig about a 4-ft. trench in the front yard from house to street and protected sapling tree and grass by placing the dirt on plywood sheets. They replaced the cast iron line and put in the PVC pipe with shut-offs."
