He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. I highly recommend them, whether it's for repairs or for an entirely new roof."

"Terry came out and gave us a quote.   He was able to get out and get the work done within 2 days of giving us the quote.    He was on time.   Worked quickly and did an excellent job.   His clean up was thorough, so that other that the work he did you could not tell he had been here.  
The job did not take as long as he had estimated so the final bill came in below the estimate.   He also gave us some tips on how to maintian the chimney.  
We will definitely be calling him again for any other mansonry work.
