He was knowledgeable and gave me what I thought was a fair quote of $1,800. The two other quotes I got for the same job were for $2,950. and $4,800. Lifetime Construction showed up precisely on time for appointments ( a rarity among contractors) and performed the work as contracted. I would definitely use them again. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "The money charged was meeting my budget would liked it lower. But the other bids I received was that or higher. They did the job on time and keep site clean. So I have no complaints I working on many projects to get locked down so I can get assistance from these guys. Interactions were friendly and down to earth. Most contractors are rude and very hard to work with so I have to say I give these guys props."
