I was surprised to discover the frost-free faucet that had been installed when my house was constructed had blown a hole. I always disconnect the hoses and bring them inside in the fall and cover the outside faucets with Thinsulate booties for protection. David was "dead-on" with his accuracy in determining where to cut an opening in the drywall to access the pipe. He made a small 5 inch opening in order to fix the problem. It was uncanny how accurate his assessment of the problem was before he even began his repair."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

He speaks highly of his technicians and others he works with.  The installation of the furnace and air conditioner was a painless process for me and everyone worked very hard.  Eric also found an electrician, JD Electric, to put in the line for the air conditioner one day in advance of the high heat expected. The other electrician was stuck on another job and JD showed up, worked hard and did a great job. They all worked together to make this happen for me and I would recommend them for any furnace, duct, air conditioner install or repair. I also liked everyone as individuals and felt safe having them in my home. They were all very respectful of my situation.
