"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

"AC Paving did a superior job in resurfacing our 3600 square foot driveway. They had to cut out several areas where there were depressions and pave over roots, curves, and a round about. In the past, we have had several other paving jobs done, but by far, AC did the most professional job. You can just look at it and see it is a beautiful job, but the devil is in the details, the edge work is the best I have ever seen. The owner is right on site, directing his guys every step of the way. Reminds me of how my father ran his business. When I had a question about the wording of the contract, I called, and in 15 minutes the owner showed up at my door to review the fine print. Great customer service. You can tell this is a top notch business just by the way their trucks and equipment are in excellent shape, well maintained and clean. "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"Jesse and Tillerman Gardens are top notch! We have worked with them for years. With our first home they widened our driveway, added a retaining wall, leveled our backyard and made a beautiful stone wall around our garden. Our house sold in 2 days and all the feedback was about our “beautiful curb appeal”. I was most sad to leave these features of our home, I literally did not want to move and leave my stone wall! It was a deal with my husband to call Jesse immediately and get a new stone wall around my garden. In our new home Tillerman gardens has created a new curved stone pathway, MY stone wall around the garden, leveled the backyard, created a patio around our shed, added a split rail fence, not to mention the landscaping! Jesse helped us choose the best perennial plants to give our new home that lovely curb appeal. The neighbors literally stop us daily to tell us how much they love it. My recommendation for Jesse and Tillerman Garden could not be any higher! It has not only been a pleasure working with him, but we feel like he is apart of our family and the reason we love our new home SO very much!"

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"Small family owned and operated business that was a pleasure to interact with.  Responsiveness was outstanding to all of our family's questions.  Project ran longer then initially planned due to some weather and the team at M.C. Fence and Deck was in touch via phone and email with every step.  My family cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and the deck delivered exceeded our expectations in our initial drawings.  The company worked with our requests and we had a wonderful time designing the project to accommodate all our current and future needs for the yard.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a deck, they also do fences, and patios.  We will be calling them again for future projects.  Top shelf provider.
