Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! "My wife and I have been rehabbing our house for what seems like forever so we have hired a ton of contractors and hands down the absolute best was Danny. He did a beautiful job laying my harwood floor and did an equally great job installing carpet in the bedrooms. The job he did was not the best thing about Danny. It was the fact he stands behind his work 110%. Shortly after the floor was installed the washing machine developed a small undetectable leak. It had soaked the laundry room floor before it was discovered. Danny came back, removed the wet hardwood, dried up the subfloor and installed new wood. When I offered to pay him he declined and said he was good. Can you believe it? He is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with and a fine person as well."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."
