"Since I do not know what the going rate is for a lateral line repair we got two quotes. Mr. Rooter gave us a cheaper quote than the other. After speaking with a number of people (friends/family) they tell us we paid too much. Later after work had been started I learned South St. Louis county has a lateral line repair program which would do the repair at no cost to the customer. This program was never mentioned during the time when given quotes by either company. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault.
