"I hired GNA to do a renovation of my condo kitchen, master bath and guest bath. My condo association wanted to see copies of their license and insurance, along with electrical and plumbing permits, and they immediately complied. They always arrived on time, worked from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and had the same crew during the project. They moved my furniture out of the way, covered the carpets and furniture with plastic to keep them clean and were very fastidious, cleaning up with a dustpan each night so I didn’t have to walk on debris. They were true artists, making sure all floor and tile seams fit together smoothly, not rushing to get the work done. They know how to do it all – flooring, tiling, plumbing and electrical so I didn’t have to hire separate individuals. If I didn’t like something and wanted it changed, they went out of their way to make it right. The only glitch was a kitchen cabinet that was damaged during shipment and had to be reordered which delayed the project. Overall, they did an excellent job in all three rooms and I would hire them again if I had more rooms to renovate!"

"I was not told when I called for appointment that installation of a ceiling far was effectively $400/hr. Service man arrived at 8am, first appointment and was walking out the door with his tools at 9:05am. They charged me $200 for 1/2 to install the fan and then another $75 for the 20 minutes it took to install the alarm and call their office for the bill. They emailed me the bill at 9:03 am. When I called to complain about the excessive billing the clerk said she would have the owner call back. Days later, I had to finally say I was going to call BBB, owner finally returned call and said told me he was here for 1.5 hours and I was underbilled and provided by text a copy of their internal records. My ring door bell shows him leaving at 9:05 with his tools, not 9:30. They emailed the bill at 9:03am. Beware !!! I have pictures of all if Angies would like to see."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."

"It was outstanding. The constructed a 16X20 foot carport to replace an aluminum one. The new carport was constructed from wood and very structurally sound, solid as a rock. They work was completed in four days including painting. The crew cleaned up the area every night and after completion. The cost was very much in line with the quality of work done. These guys are skilled and efficient, went very smooth."
