"A1 Window and Doors replaced 30 plus windows in our 3 level home with Softlite impact resistant windows. From sales to installation the process went smoothly. The original order processed quicker than estimates given at the initial deposit time by about a month. I was very interested in making sure the windows were properly installed to mitigate air leakage around the window frame. The technique used was shown to me as they installed the windows and looks as though it will maintain an air tight seal. The install team was professional and respectful as the job took 3 days to complete most of which was inside work due the height of most windows, only 2 were at ground level. The job site was clean and well maintained as they proceeded from window to window with minimal touch up work necessary. We had one hiccup with a custom sunburst window as it was shipped without the sunburst grid. It need to be re-orded from the factory and I can not fault A1 since it was ordered correctly but appeared to be a mistake at the factory. I highly recommend A1 Windows and Doors for replacement windows."

He took my information and said he would be returning from Miami and be able to help me out the same day.
He sent me a text when he was leaving Miami with a 45 minute estimated arrival at our home.
Arrived promptly, very friendly, affable, informed me exactly how he would rekey the lock.
In 10 minutes we had a newly changed lock, with 8 keys (two come included, we asked for 6 more - family, caretaker)
Provided the extra keys with "do not duplicate" stamped so that no additional keys can legally be made.  
Very nice and very reasonable - service call $29.95, rekey service $20, two keys included and $1 each for the extra keys.
