"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the process of doing the work, they damaged my property. They said they would fix it, but I called many times and continued to get the run around. Finally they had someone come out to paint, which did not cover the blue dye or fix the issue with the stained flooring or base boards. I have continued to call and been told a manager will reach out, which they never do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"This has been the most frustrating experience in my life. They said the project would take a day and a half. It has been 2 weeks and there is NO end in sight. They do not believe in keeping the customer informed about the status of the project. They say "somebody will contact you- but nobody does. They left the work site in an unsafe condition. Repeated request to remedy the situation have been ignored. First and last time user of Angie's services. I am non verbal. NO PHONE CALLS. I want to see someone in person ."

"I needed to replace old water heaters and also had some other plumbing work in my home - caulking and taking the wobble out of some recently installed toilets. I looked to Angi's to get some quotes, and Matthew was quick to quote the work and schedule. He was detail oriented explaining what was needed, and very tech savvy being able to provide quotes over email and the app with photos and details compared to others, in my experience, who need to come to the home first and don't seem to follow up well. I got master plumber Zack who was respectful, nice, clean and considerate of scheduling water cut offs with the family's needs. There was another customer emergency, and they were able to finish the work so we had hot water and come back the next day to finish the rest at a convenient time - showing me they really cared about their customers and triaged appropriately given how essential running water is! Highly recommended."

"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference.
