We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. "We cannot give a high enough review to Guerrero Stone. We originally had a different contractor install an interior brick floor for us and it was horrible- cracking, shifting, mortar chunks falling out, etc. We reached out to Guerrero Stone and they immediately identified the multiple problems. We made the original contractor remove the flooring and had Guerrero reinstall and it is a completely night and day difference. The floor Guerrero Stone installed is SUCH good quality - Absolutely no problems with cracking or chipping or vibration, etc. Plus, he was able to give it a beautiful mortar wash, which we had originally wanted and the original contractor had completely butchered.
