Contacted Amy Henley on 02-25-2026, 03-12-2026, and 03-18-2026, no responce to calls or text. Had to reach out to another tenant in the building to find out when she would be there. Went and retrieved my items on 03-18-2026, none had been done, was NOT offered a refund on the $300 I paid her. She just asked me to leave them there so she could finished them, she hadnt even started them in over a month!!! WOW!!!!"
