Transparent estimate and honest about pricing and what was included. Scheduling was right on time, and they took care of coordination with AEP and the county inspector, including the permits. Thank you for the excellent work! Highly recommended and will be used in the future! I can not say enough about honest work. We got estimates from others that were including work we didn't have to do, and it made a $4k difference in the estimates. Tech Connect didn't oversell or push what we didn't need, and they are worth 5 stars! We had our drop and electric meter replaced. We did not have to do any inside work. The drop was set up in conduit for protection from the elements, which had seriously deteriorated our original, causing rain to drain down."

"Danny is rude and unprofessional when interacting with the common man. He reminded me out of the blue, "you've got a small house, sorry but it is" very demeaning statement. I mentioned "I had a friend switch a few outlets" before I finished Danny rudely stated, "I DON'T CARE IF A FRIEND DID IT!" He tried to slip a nearly $500 extra on the Second project, (which I canceled) "oh, It's been a day." The ONLY, I mean ONLY reason I did breaker box project is Michael, technician, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, answered questions in simple terms. Had I encountered Danny first, it wouldn't of happend. Not impressed with his arrogance. "

"A few of the light switches were moved around and I wish we had discussed this in more detail prior to the project. They did tell me they were going to change some of the circuits but I didn't fully understand what that meant and what kind of outcome would occur. When I asked if they could reconnect a certain light to a certain switch they told me they'd have to do a bunch of rewiring and I'd have to pay more. The rest of the project went really well. I don't have a lot of money and my house looks like I don't have a lot of money but they treated me like they took me seriously anyway, it took me a year to save the money for the project and I never felt blown off as I had with some other companies from which I had obtained an estimate."

I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. Brendan and his team made feasibility study at the house and took measurements to ascertain the size of the heat pump and necessary modifications to the existing system in order to make new heat pump and system work efficiently with low costs of electricity and maintenance and with very low noise!!! The installation done by Brendan and his team appeared to be supported with stability. Trial run of new system initially made the team of Freedom Heating &amp; Air to do fine tuning and now the system is working comfortably with very low noise, etc ."
