Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. "The first place we called charged $370 and spent 15 minutes replacing a part he thought was the fix. It wasn't. He spent more time trying to sell us a new furnace. We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. And charged less than the first guy who didn't fix it. Great job."
