Although the framework and panels had changed since our initial install some 20 years ago, they custom made new panels that fit perfectly. Additionally, they replaced interior doors and repaired drywall. The work was done on our schedule and done to our satisfaction. Their customer service was great. They came back out to adjust a door that wasn't closing perfectly."

"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! They are for sure my go to team for any future projects I have and am so grateful for the work they've done. Thank you!!!"

"This man should not even be in the category of "pro". He lied, his contractor was exceptionally rude and the experience each and every day with this company was a nightmare to work with. I notice on his website he often refutes all the negative comments. This must take him all day as there are many, many complaints I am reading. I'm sure he will have something to say about this comment as well. If you are looking for someone to contract and considering DAK, I would invite you to come see this place for yourself. He is a FRAUD."
