"Lonnie came out and noticed the vent was compacted and metal vent tubing itself had begun to corrode in the ceiling. A new vent was installed in a couple of hours by going through our ceiling. Could have possibly saved our family from a catastrophic event. Checked the alarms, fire extinguisher, and gave me recommendations on CO2 alarms and a 2nd story evac ladder available on Amazon. Will hire again for work on chimney and gas logs."

"After having the same color siding for so long, we wanted a change, so Josh sent us to another area subdivision to check out a house they had done in the color we had decided on. It made the decision much easier once we saw another house already done in that color. After choosing our color it was only about 2 weeks before all the material arrived. All the old siding was removed and additional exterior insulation was installed. Before any nailing began they were sure to inform us that all interior walls must have any pictures removed to avoid them from falling or getting damaged. The new vinyl siding was installed in roughly 2 days with new matching electrical boxes for all porch lights and trim around the windows. I was going to invest in new shutters but they told me they could save me money and paint the old ones.They picked out the perfect color and it looks fantastic. GR Restoration has done many of the houses in our subdivision and I must say the neighborhood is looking good again."

"The first time was good. They set traps for mice and came back multiple times to remove the traps. They also installed new vents to prevent mice from getting in. But since then, their reliability has gone way down hill. We recently scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and spray around the house, but they never showed up for the appointment, and they never called. We tried to call back to find out why and possibly reschedule, but the phone representative said that she didn't know why they didn't come but that someone would call us shortly (within the next 20 minutes). No one ever called. We called back the next day and she told us that someone would call us back again, but still no call back."
