"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Several months ago we decided to remove a very old garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We also had a new vanity top and new fixtures along with a new tile floor. "Cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. We built a three room addition for my mother. They listened to our plan, made suggestions along the way to improve, made a reasonable schedule and stuck to it (many times done earlier than projected). They built two rooms,one with a kitchenette along with a full bath with walk-in shower. They are honest, skilled professionals. They went over and above our expectations even installing railings and shelving at the end of the project"

"We had the handyman fix some wood rot around our front door and window. It was a fairly complicated bit of repairwork work and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future for other projects around the house."

"Aside from weather delays, all deadlines have been met and we are actually AHEAD of schedule!!! We were set to be complete by February, but are looking to be moved in by mid January!! Manus Contracting kept up posted on every aspect of the home building process and we were able to drop in to check on the status at any time. We learned early on to let Manus Contracting be the professional that they are and not to compare them to what we see on HGTV. I was able to show them photos on Pinterest of ideas I liked which they in turn were able to create for me and the end result was even better!
Being a Realtor I see a lot of homes and know of a lot of home builders, but I knew when I met Manus Contracting that they would be the best choice and would allow me to work one on one since this was a custom build and not a production home. I would HIGHLY recommend Manus Contracting to anyone looking to build a home or for any remodeling jobs. "Contractor went to purchase the boots and sealant and returned to roof to replace. Took new pictures and showed them to me. Unfortunately approximately 4 months later we noticed 1 of the boots had popped loose. I was then disappointed due to the sealant he used or the way it was applied. The other boots needed resealed as well to be held in place. I put this same review on Angie's List awhile back but it never took and put it in the system.
