"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. OM Construction is a fantastically awesome company.   My bathroom had suffered major water damage from working with another company that replaced my old water heater (long story).  I decided that since I?m retiring in a few years I would also replace the flooring in the other bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room, approximately 160 sq ft. I also asked them to replace the water damaged ceiling in my bedroom and paint my mobile home.  Whenever problems were encountered both Tony and Mario (site foreman) explained the problem in detail and what remedies were available.  My floors were not level, so to ensure they were properly leveled they added a new layer of subflooring which also guaranteed the new vinyl tile would adhere appropriately.  Since there was so much water damage to the flooring in my bathroom the existing shower had to be removed and replaced.  When the manager from my mobile home park informed them they could no longer spray paint the house, Tony assured me that although it would take longer than anticipated they would complete the job by hand.  And really have to say, it is so nice to feel like you are dealing with an honest company and not being lied to or cheated. 

Words cannot really express how blessed I feel about the service they provided.  I found Tony, the Project Manager, very genuine and easy to work with, and team of workers very friendly and respectful. They were punctual, and let me know when they were leaving for the day.  On the days when I had to work, they made sure the house was locked before leaving.  And on the day when my doors were painted they stayed until I came home, because the paint had not completely dried.  Needless to say I am very pleased with all the work they completed.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
