"We hired JB Construction Innovations to do a complete renovation on an older home in Frankfort KY - we took a 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with their help. We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up. We would absolutely use them again. This home was purchased to utilize as an AirBNB and we are up and operational and doing well. Thank you to Daniel Rufus and the entire team for making the process as stress free as possible. Oh and did I mention we love out of state so they did all this without us being there the whole time.
