If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. "Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."

"It went very well.  It took them 2 days to complete the work.  They were very professional and knew what they were doing.  I was especially pleased that they took care of enclosing the end of my porch so that the animals could not get under there anymore.  And I had a block wall that was placed many years ago but had fallen over.  They reinstalled this wall and it looks better now than it did when it was first installed!  Also they placed the extra dirt that was left over in the back yard right where we needed it.  I was very happy with their work and would recommend them anytime.
