The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. He also was happy to take a few minutes (at no charge) to explain to me how to take care of some minor plumbing connection and repair issues on my own, as well as to give rough estimates for some larger plumbing work I was considering. <br /> The charge was on a time-and-materials basis, at $85/hr for labor. I don’t know if this is a typical labor rate, so I didn’t provide a rating for price. <br />"
