We had another bid done before we called Ryan. R & J Builders Inc bid was by far the best. Other home owners in our neighborhood have replaced their fence at a much higher price in the last few years as our fences are 22 yrs old, and having problemâ s because of aging. One side of our fence had partially fallen down and Ryan was able to schedule replacement quickly and and had it finished in record time with high quality materials and and he did an excellent job. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues.
