"These guys busted our water line, flooded our house, lined half of the sewer line they said they were going to which left us with a continually clogging sewer line (just cleared it again the other day). They DIDN'T refund us anything or pay for any damages and insisted they did a good job. We brought the matter to small claims, won a judgement and they're still not paying. I was impressed with his knowledge on the first visit and very impressed with his skills and the quality of his work today. He is a very approachable young man and was able to answer all of my questions. This is a 45 year old home and he gave me confidence that the electrical system is up to standards. I repeatedly requested the documentation needed for rebates/tax credits (invoice details, manufacturer/model info, etc.) and never received it. Because of that, I?m missing out on savings that amount to roughly 20% of the total cost. If you use this company, make sure you get all paperwork in writing before paying. I can?t recommend them based on the lack of follow-through."

He had the part already in his truck and he was done in under an hour. He even took the time to explain to me how I could fix it myself if it becomes a problem again in the future, rather than needing to replace the entire spigot.
