"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "Ranger was the 7th company I contacted for an estimate.  The other companies (all selected from Angies List) were quoting me ridiculous amounts of $7000-8000 for units for my small 1000 sq ft house.  Even in the midst of this long, hot and dry summer, they still offered me the best price on a name brand unit (Trane). The estimator and installers were all prompt with their scheduled arrival times with courtesy calls.  They were all professionally dressed and mannered and wore shoe covers so as not to track any dirt inside.  They even registered my unit with the manufacturer for me.

"Tyler from Day and Nite was my service specialist.  Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.  He took great care with internal components of my aging furnace.  He recommended I replace my furnace due to its age; this and water heater replacement was recommended by my home inspector earlier as well.  He explained the different options for furnace and water heater replacement, their rough estimated cost, and types of retrofitting necessary for newer high efficiency models.  However, the focus remained on ensuring my current furnace was functional.  I appreciated the information without heavy sales pressure.  
I received a discounted rate because I purchased a maintenance plan.  I will be using Day and Nite when I need to install a new furnace, and may try them for plumbing.

"From our meeting with the salesman through installation and charging of the air conditioner, these guys were first rate. We spent about 2.5 hours with the sales rep going over our old system, the configuration of our house, and our heating and cooling preferences before coming up with a recommended package. We purchased during the shoulder season and a crew was free the next day so BF was anxious to get that hole filled and we ended up getting a good system at a pretty fair price. The electrician was the first to arrive followed by the rest of the crew at 9:00AM. By 6:00 they were finished and they left no traces behind. Very tidy crew. Got a phone call from their scheduler the next day regarding the refrigeration inspection which they fully coordinated. Got another call from them regarding the inspector's arrival window. He had 2 minor things he wanted them to take care of which the tech who charged the A/C promptly dispatched. Every one of their staff we spoke with was happy to answer any questions we had and they were great about educating us and keeping us informed about what they were doing and why. This is the first time we've used Blue Flame and I hope they are as good with the service as they have been with the initial installation. So far, we're pretty happy campers and will definitely do business with them again."

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"
