"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays. My home was completed on time and in budget, 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Super happy with the work, craftsmanship and enjoying my home."

We had to pay someone to repaint our ceiling and bedroom walls after they used the wrong paint color (I gave them the exact paint color) and you could see the difference in shades because they left it half covered. We also had to have a plumber come fix the hot water pressure in the brand new sink, the brand new toilet handle, repair the brand-new sink leak and other technical issues that shouldn't happen with a NEW remodel. Overall they did fine, but when you pay an exorbitant amount everything should be left in working order and pristine. I would not use their services again, and was disappointed by the way they left things."

"We needed a one piece door which was difficult to find because most are sectional roll up. Only found two company’s that said they were able to do it.One gave us an outrageous bid and IM whose bid was with in our budget so we rolled the dice and hired them. On the agreed day for installation one man showed up on agreed time to start the job.I asked if he was going to do the work by himself and said his partner was sick but he could do job. Our original door was a 30 ft. wooden door. My first thought was I had made a mistake choosing IM but two later I was a happy camper. The new door looks exactly like our HOA neighbors and the fit is perfect. IM is a honest company with a great price and skilled installers."
