Without my asking he provided all of the licensing, bond, testimonials, information, etc. One of my neighbors had his roof done by someone else and spent $1K more than Ron's estimate. He accommodated my wish to remove and haul the old gutters so my painter could paint the house without them. Ron's crew then came again after the painting and installed the new gutters in approx. 4 hours. No extra or hidden charges. Super team and super job.

"EXCELLENT work! The best I've ever tried. Ingri and Josie just left after working steadily for a bit over four and a half hours. They emptied the refrigerator and washed it inside and out, and they emptied the cupboards and drawers and washed every single thing except the dishes we use regularly. The chrome on the stove sparkles. Gone are the smudges around the handles on the cupboard doors. They washed the ceiling lights and the top of the refrigerator. They mopped the floor. The whole room is brighter. They didn't ask me to hire them separately outside the service so they could make more money (as all cleaners from other services before them have done). At $40 per person per hour they're a bit on the high side in number of dollars, but I'm fine with that because the value is excellent. Very professional. I'll definitely bring Lucy's back the next time because when I find a good company, I like to stick with them."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.

I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.

"The gutter cleaning went fine. They did not tell me when they are coming, but he did show up and do the job. I couldn't stay for the whole thing because I was not expecting them, but they did show me photos of the finished job. They weren't super clean, but they were no longer plugged. They then gave me whole list of other things I should do."

"The guy who came out on this first did an inspection of roof and gutters. Then a second appt. was made to actually have them cleaned. Very pleased with this person as he shared roof condition and how gutters would be cleaned. He even gave us pictures of everything up there. Cleaning went well. He suggested gutter guards to help the leaf clutter from surrounding trees. We decided to proceed with the gutter guards. The guy who came on the gutter guards got it completed fine but we were to have pictures of the completed guards showing they were done. We never did receive pics on this part."
