"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "

We spent 30k on a brand new unit. 1.5 year later and we find ourselves on day 8 without an AC, now being told it may be another week “and if we don’t hear back from them by Friday, for US to call them again”. Do not be tricked by their initial caring demeanor. It obviously doesn’t seem to last. I have health issues, we have 2 senior dogs and are in Texas. It’s been pushing 90 degrees in our home and they can’t provide a solution to a ‘Cadillac of units’ that THEY recommended and we fell for. I am at a loss. Jon Wayne is the company that installed the unit, now they’re saying the unit ‘is grounded’ and ‘is like a heart that stopped beating’. Crazy that it’s supposed to be a top of the line unit that they compare to a Cadillac for the AC world, yet it stopped functioning after a year. Do yourself a favor and get other options and opinions before trusting them on something as important as cool air in your home. I can’t believe we are dealing with this. Now we’re 30k in, an additional 1k for their ‘warranty’ and still without a working AC. WOW."

On the day of service Todd was on time and professional. We unexpectedly had a family emergency minutes before he arrived. He patiently waited until it was resolved to begin working on our electrical issues. He thoroughly checked out each issue and resolved them. He was even considerate to give me a ride to the hospital to meet my family after completing the electrical repairs as our second car was in the shop at the time. Danny provided the receipt for the electrical box he needed to purchase for the conversion and even with that, the total cost of the project was $67 less than another electrician had quoted me and the quality of his work was just as good. I would like to add that in addition to being courteous, efficient, and accommodating, Danny works very cleanly, which is a big deal for me. He either removed his shoes or used booties (I can't recall which, but it was appreciated), put a cloth beneath the area where he would be working AND he meticulously cleaned up all the fingerprints on the light fixture after he was done with the installation. I plan to use Danny's services again when I replace the light fixtures on the second floor of my condo."
