"I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company."

"Lujan Plumbing is a solid and consistent provider of quality work, dedication, customer service and professionalism. In May ‘18, we had him install a North Star water softener. In Jan ‘19, I used him to replace 2 toilets and repair a 3rd in my home. I have also had him repair some routine faucet leaks in ‘21. I can say toilets are all working fine, as well as, we have no faucet leaks. Water softener had a leak in my flex outlet pipe in May ‘22 and Frank replaced it perfectly. Same water softener weeks later then had some water spillage on garage floor. I text Frank; he came that very morning; he evaluated the situation; contacted the manufacturer and it was concluded that a brief power outage had interrupted the programs 2:00am cycle schedule and it remained stuck till program had to be cleared. There was NO CHARGE for this endeavor by Frank. I hate dealing with contractors, because for the most part you REALLY never know what type of person you’re going to do business with. But, Frank is “stand up guy”. He’ll tell you what’s right and what’s wrong - what you need and what you don’t need and in my book that’s all right."
