"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"Steve was timely and quick with replacing my water heater and was very responsive when I messaged him. He also provided great suggestions and options for my water heater replacement and streamlined the bayren rebates process for me. Provided services at a very fair price compared to other plumbing services. 10/10 would go to him for future plumbing issues."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Amazing service and work! Helped us next day drain and refill our water heater for our annual service at a reasonable price. Will hire again!"

"Pedro installed a tankless water heater for me. Very professional and reasonable. Would hire him again."

"Kenneth Asire Plumbing is the epitome of responsiveness, expertise, and great customer service. Our water heater failed and left my wife and me with no hot water. I used Home Advisor to get estimates, etc. Mr. Asire came out and gave us an estimate the next day. After obtaining two more estimates, we hired KAP, and we've never regretted it. Kenneth is extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, professional and courteous. The crew that he dispatched for the new water heater installation was great. The installation crew, Justin and Jerwin, were personable, clearly very experienced and did a marvelous job installing the new water heater and removing the old one. They worked very efficiently - from start to finish the job was completed in under two hours. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Kenneth Asire Plumbing, would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them very highly."

"Angel and Clever Plumbing team are the best! They replaced water heaters, repaired leaks, clogged drains and various other plumbing jobs. I highly recommend Clever Plumbing for any plumbing issues! He has helped me with multiple plumbing jobs, both big and small, and has always been great to work with. He’s very responsive, quick to schedule, and does a great job figuring out practical solutions. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and someone I know I can count on when something comes up. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others, you will not regret it!"

"In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job.

Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes.

In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."

"I just need a new toilet cover. Even the one I bought was not the right one. Sure felt like a klutz Lawrence got me another one and a nice wood one too and installed it immediately. I am happy and satisfied with the service and really appreciate the fast turn around."

"Great experience with In & Out Plumbing. Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while providing maintenance service on our water heater—he took the time to explain everything and made sure it was running smoothly. Alec was also fantastic in helping get everything set up and coordinated. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"
