"Eduardo and his team are fantastic!! We purchased a fixer home with a .33 acre lot, so there was lots to do. The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. Eduardo listened carefully to our ideas and even offered some input that was really helpful. He took into consideration our young children and dogs, and what we wanted for our home. The prices are very reasonable for all the hard work and materials. Everyone always arrives on time, usually early. The guys are always so happy and extremely nice. My toddler adores them. In the end, our project consisted of new fencing all throughout the backyard, french drainage system, new trex deck, pavers, concrete steppers, astroturf in the back and front yard, retaining wall with stone facade, planter boxes, new trees and plants, landscape lighting and more! We are loving the yard now and getting so many compliments from neighbors. We want to be outdoors all the time now and entertain. This yard was in horrible shape before and a major undertaking. Eduardo and his team were so professional and left the site immaculate everyday. They stuck to the timeline given and we now have this beautiful yard in both the front and back to enjoy. "I had water damage to the ceiling of my garage. Vicente provided evaluation and written estimate in one visit with attention to details and my customer satisfaction. He took the time to verify my plumbing problem by video taping my water leakage of my bathtub drain pipe with his phone through the broken spaces in the ceiling. He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. "Original estimate and proposal was handled in professional manner. Everything was fully explained and there was no pressure or "snow job". Everything was itemized and put in writing. The "free" hot water heater was not needed so received a credit of $1300.
The five man crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately.  Met with supervisor Mark and foreman Jose and reviewed job.
The crew laid down tarps for dirt control (looked good at first, but wasn't that effective. Attic insulation was still tracked in house  They did attempt to vacuum everything up.)
Crew didn't have a ladder so they used mine. No big deal.
They all worked really hard and there was no loafing around. Had the walls opened and new pipe laid out and ready to go the first day.They didn't hesitate in working late. Made the ordeal of having to have a re-pipe bearable. It was great to still have water all day and that night.
The crew were very polite and friendly and we enjoyed their presence.
They really appreciated the free lunch we gave them and helped cement our relationship. They all deserved a "Gold Star" for their outstanding work.
The next day layout was completed, old pipe removed and new tied in. New piping was flushed and  pressure tested. No leaks.
As a former building inspector, I was very impressed by their professionalism, work ethics and attitude. It's very rare to have someone "do it right the first time".The following day the drywall came and repaired all the walls that had been demo'd. Outstanding job.
 Only a few negatives:
Cleanup. 
Attic insulation that had been pushed aside was not put back.(still not done)
They also missed some shock absorbers which the building inspector caught. Jose came back the next day and took care of the them.  Bathroom exhaust fan had been stepped on and pushed down below the ceiling. Drywall man attempted repairs. OK..
Piping could have been flushed a little longer to get all debris out. Minor.
Overall I am very pleased with the work. Price was a big OUCH!
UPDATE!
It has been several months now and I find the installation was not as great as I thought.  Rather than moving the ceiling insulation, they installed the pipes on the roof rafters. Pipe insulation inadequate; water too cold in winter and scalding hot in summer. Don't let them take short cut!

"It went well. The gave me an initial start date of the end of July but actually started the work 2 weeks early. Ron Harmer, the Design Consultant & Project Manager, was AMAZING to work with. I had several companies/people come out to provide and estimate and Ron was by far the best. He efficiently measured and used CAD software to create a floorpan of the project. Ron was always available when I call or at least called me right back. I had an existing privacy pergola they had to move to do the work. That is when we discovered that the wood was rotted. Ron worked with me to come up with a relatively cost effective solution and then they executed the solution effectively. I only spoke to Nai, the construction manager, a couple of times and he was responsive."
