He was professional, understanding, and friendly, and he took us through the process of fixing our network so that we wouldnâ t be left confused by what had happened. My daughter had many questions for him and he even took a look at her wifi connection so that she was able to game more efficiently. He managed to fix our problem and also had great recommendations for us to upgrade our ancient technology.
