He found and repaired a water leak without the costly troubleshooting that other plumbers want you to pay for. He installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced the associated plumbing with more reliable connections. He installed a new Moen shut off and leak detector and redid all of the associated plumbing. He pointed out the poor job my Home Warranty plumber did on the water heater installation (poor soldering, water leak, chamber on wrong water line.)"

"Michael was called by my landlord and he came by to have a look in order to give the property owner an estimate. All business and money was between the two of them. What I can speak to is how he keeps you informed on everything from time/travel ETAs to what he's actually doing and things you might want to be aware of (electronic ignition, heat adjustment on the tank, etc) once he's finished with the job. In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome! He works like a machine, keeps a great attitude throughout the job, and the overall quality is outstanding! I highly recommend him!!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
