"Overall great experience. Donald, the inspector, arrived early and patiently waited with me for my real estate agent to arrive. Donald did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside units. He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."

"Delay in having the simple part to repair for 4 days"

"They went over and beyond the other plumbing companies I called for service. When I called to make an appointment, Brooke informed me that the parts should be covered under warranty; no other company offered this information when I called. I emailed pictures of my existing faucets to Brooke and she took care of the rest. The parts were shipped directly to my house free of charge. Once I received the parts, I contact Brooke to schedule an appointment for install. They were on time and did a professional job."

"Very happy with the service. Handled all the Condo association notifications for me which was a huge help. Will definitely be using Leo in the future."

"I had a plumbing problem with a complicated Japanese toilet. I had no idea who to call for service. The very polite gentleman they sent out admitted that he seldom saw this particular problem, but would find the answer for me. He did! He scheduled the specialist plumber and followed up with him for me. All without charge. I will work with this company in the future."

"The worst is an unexpected water heater burst on a holiday! California Plumbing was able to get someone out same day and get a new water heater install before it was time to take the kids trick or treating! Would highly recommend."
