This information was not relayed to me during my request for service. John called his supervisor and I talked with him. He told me "You need to read the details on your contract." Therein lies the rub, I have yet to receive a receipt or contract for service, either hard copy or electronic. The garage door was installed approximately two years ago, and numerous calls to their phone number have failed to produce results even after many promises. Their products are good, their service is excellent, but obtaining a receipt and contract leaves something to be desired. When John finished the repair, he filled out a receipt on his phone. Within seconds I had a copy of that receipt on my iPad. It's apparent their system of electronic invoices works, but it seems the prior installer let the receipt fall through the cracks. John has promised to get me a receipt for the original garage door installation. We will see how that goes."
