Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. "Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job."

"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."

I contacted their office late at night and they were able to schedule Chris the manager the next morning to provide me with a free second opinion. I had another local company that wanted to gouge me for everything that I had. This prompted me ti contact Renowned. After Chris did his free diagnosis, he went to me a reassured me that my issue was not as bad. I went ahead and had Chris and his team repair the section of sewer that only needed to be replaced. The entire sewer line did not need replacement like the other company stated it did.. Itâ s very hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days. Im so blessed I found mine."
