He is the reason the company did so well the first guy to receive a company vehicle that always stayed clean stocked and maintained. 10 years of perfect attendance and the only installer/technician that never complained or received a complaint. His commitment to his family and his work is something you just don’t find these days in the trades. When I needed an honest answer he always delivered the facts. He has worked through extreme conditions, the tightest crawl spaces, even spent months working out town during the tubs fire away from his young beautiful family running a 100 unit Hilton. I was injured on the job and unable to work. That was Oscars first time running work for me, he did an amazing job.
