The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. "I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). I called them after a good experience when they installed a new tankless water heater in my home."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

"Kitchen sink backed up. Called 4 companies and chose Swift. Didn't know but they are a family owned company where I'd rather have my money go. Talked to Mike who said he could be there today. I called him back and he arrived at 4:20 pm. It took less than an hour for him to snake the drain then again with a chain to get the grease out. He snaked it 40 feet into the drain pipe, cleaned everything up and was out the door. Highly recommend Swift, small company, family owned. Great job Swift!!"
