"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"Unbelievable customer service. I’ve needed a new water heater for a while, been calling around for quotes. And this was the best!! They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. Their customer service was top notch, their install was great and their clean up was very thorough and best of all was the price!"

"Christian installed a new thermostat and he was incredibly professional knowledgeable and nice I would Recommend Excel to To anyone looking for heating and air and I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were great!"

"Overall great experience. Donald, the inspector, arrived early and patiently waited with me for my real estate agent to arrive. Donald did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside units. He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."

"I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). I called them after a good experience when they installed a new tankless water heater in my home."

"Zander was excellent in helping me investigate various options. The installers were knowledgeable and careful. Great company, and excellent value."

"Gus was always reachable or he promptly returned my calls and made a point to keep me updated on everything. The guys did a great job repiping the house, replacing the water heater and cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they forgot to turn on a few water valves (to the dishwasher and the hot water heater, for example) and had to come back the next day to get them squared away. Wouldn't have been an issue if either my husband or I had a clue about this stuff, but that's why we hired the pros, right? Highly recommend Gus and his honest and hardworking crew!"

"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Francisco made quick work out of the change. I will definitely be giving him a call when my next plumbing emergency happens."

"Responded within a few hours and beat my lowest estimate by $600.00. Delivered and installed tankless water heater and removed old 75 gallon tank water heater all within 24 hours. Did an outstanding job in every aspect. Would highly recommend!!!"
