"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."

"I was shopping around for garage coatings when I called Eric with First Class Coatings. He educated me on the technologies and methods to help me pick the best value for my garage considering my active use of the garage working on three old jeeps (swapping differentials, motors, installing lifts, welding, you name it). He provided pros & cons with prices which helped me decide on the option for me; and guess what, it was not the most expensive. His pricing is very competitive and he immediately fit me into his schedule to accommodate my move (new home). The final product looks fantastic! Great quality and workmanship, great service and follow-through. Thank you Eric! I will enjoy the new floor for years to come."

"The work was done as promised by knowledgeable, professional workers. We are very pleased with our "new" floor."

"We couldn't be more pleased, they did an absolutely beautiful job. Dana met with us on Saturday and the crown molding was installed the following Thursday. Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. Dana, the owner, is extremely personable, professional and efficient. They even repaired a bad joint in the living room. I can recommend them without hesitation and will definitely call them the next time we need work done.

"As a Realtor, I come into contact with a lot of contractors. Most never answer their phones or take forever to return your calls. Tamara and Regal Bath & Kitchens are the exceptions! Tamara with Regal Bath & Kitchens was amazing to work with, we had both bathrooms remodeled as well as kitchen countertops replaced and new flooring installed. All while we were out of town prior to moving in which increased our stress level as we had to find contractors we could trust to come and go into our vacant home to get the job done "unsupervised". Tamara made this easy and stress-free for us. She worked with my wife and me at every step in the process and made sure we were happy. When there was an issue (as there always is in construction) Tamara was fast to communicate the issue and often provided solutions that we would never have thought of ourselves. Tamara and Regal are professional and do quality work, we will always use Regal in the future! Thank you, Tamara and Team, for all your hard work!"

"We had to replace out existing granite counter top after trying to get the old dishwasher out  to be able to get the new one installed.   After that piece of granite cracked all over, we just decided to get new.  Not that we could afford it.  We got Sunwest's name from AZ Tile. I faxed over measurements to approximately 3 companies, and Matt was the "only company" to respond back to me.  He mentioned he had a slab left over from a previous job (remnant) and wanted us to take a look at it.   We met with Matt on Saturday and although the slab was very nice it didnt really go with what we had in mind.  BUT!  There was another slab that caught our eye.  Matt checked and it was available.   We said "do it" on the spot.
Matt even came over to the house to do the measurements that very day.   A week later it was installed and it looks ...............................................................................................................................................................   F A B U L O U S"

"The CKBR staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.  I met Don at one of the home shows and he worked around by busy schedule to come out and give me an estimate.  He set me up with the design gal who did an amazing job of helping me pick the tile, deco and countertops (I couldn't be more pleased with the results).  When the first crew got to the house for the tear-out, they were also very friendly.  The guys were thoughtful and careful, ensuring they protected the furniture and wood floors as they started the rather messy and dusty job of chipping up the old tile and prepping for the removal of the old shower/countertop/toilet.  The rest of the guys that came in for the framing, plumbing, tile, toilet install, countertop and sinks were all just as nice and very friendly.  They were all careful and did their best to keep a dusty, dirty and messy job contained.  Shane, the project manager, kept me informed and let me know what was going to be done and who was going to be doing it.  They did not rush my project nor cut corners.  It took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait.  One of the things I appreciated the most is their flexibility when it came to scheduling.  We worked out ways for the crews to get in and out of the house without leaving it unsecured - and none of them ever left a door or gate unlocked.  I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the final project and would highly recommend CKBR."
