"Prior to the work we received Trades Unlimited did a roof inspection and described in full detail the work that needed to be done. The work proceeded on schedule and was delayed only by a day of rain. The supervisor on the job (Rick Riccardo) kept me up to date daily on the progress. We have a 3 car garage and only one side needed to be kept free for the work. They performed a cleanup of debris at the end of each day. After completion of the work, there was a final inspection which found no issues. The job was completed for the agreed upon cost, with no additional charges incurred."

"The roof on my house received wind damage from a very windy storm. 1st contractor didn't show to do the job when he said he would! Called Scott (Field Manager) w/Beach Ventures 5 hours after the "No show" and he was able to show up to the job site THAT DAY! He saw the roof was exposed to the elements so he went to Walmart to buy some tarps to cover it until his crew could do the job. It seemed to me , that he was more concerned about the roof being exposed and wanting to protect it, then he was about winning the bid! VERY IMPRESSED! He was here from 4:PM till 6:30PM. When he left, I had the roof protected along with a written estimate of the work. Compared to the other quotes I got, the quote was in the middle of the pack. Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!"

Technician installer Rick explained the options well, and made a good job of the break through to the roof, finishing off with an unobtrusive fitting that matched our Spanish tile roof. "The replacement half-round gutters were installed 2 years ago on our 1890s home by a local gutter company, subcontractor to a local, well known construction company. We had rainwater sheeting behind the gutters in even moderate rainfall. The gutter company was nonresponsive & the general refused to help. John Ast & his professional, experienced crew were able to rehang those gutters; tune up the remaining gutters - original, galvanized; clean all gutters; repair some rotted crown and fascia. John personally addressed our concerns about maintaining the character of our home, a vernacular Victorian. We heartily recommend Ast Roofing."

"I feel like it was not a good deal. They told me I needed a new roof. They were professional and took pictures. But, I can get any company to come out and tell me that I need a new roof for free. Most places don't charge for estimates. I felt like it was an honest evaluation, but I didn't get much for my money. It was a little misleading. I thought they would replace some cracked tiles or make minor repairs. It was only an inspection, not an actual tune-up."
