"We wanted to get our 3 bathrooms redesigned and had a few plans in mind as far as design. After getting quotes from a few contractors, we decided to go with Royalty design & build. Their quote was very competitive and they were very professional. We wanted the work to be done as quickly as possible before our vacation in Europe. Lavi promised us that it will be done in 8 weeks and he kept his word. As the work began, we had some issues regarding structural, but Lavi was very efficient and worked around it to solve the issue and give us exactly what we had asked for. Even with the materials, Lavi made sure we got a good deal and also helped save some cost with his contractor license discounts. We got a great looking bathrooms and our friends loved it too. Would 100% recommend this awesome group!"

"Sheen and his team are wonderful to work with. From his help and advice during the planning phases all the way through to the finish work, I knew I was in professional hands. Our project manager, Al, was great with solving problems, answering questions, and keeping me updated on progress. I was particularly thrilled with Juve, who was the site/team manager. He kept me abreast of what was happening every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure I loved everything. Sheen himself stayed in constant communication as well. He uses a website/project management software system so that every step of the project is carefully documented and you are constantly aware of every detail. I've seen other comments mentioning his prices. I did receive lower bids from other contractors, but I've been through construction in the past and lower bids do NOT mean a lower cost in the end. From other reviews I read and from my initial meetings with Sheen, I knew this was the team I could trust with my home. With Specialty Home Improvement there were never any surprises. I DID go above budget, but it was purely because I added more projects and purchased more expensive materials. Each time I did that, Sheen was quick to talk to me to make sure knew exactly what the financial impact would be. Also, and this is important, his team showed up every single day, even on Saturdays (after checking with me first). They worked through until the project was finished. And the quality of the work was top-notch. Just beautiful. Every detail was attended to. There were no scheduling problems, and I never had the crew disappearing to handle another client (I've had that happen FAR too often in the past with other companies). There were no surprises or creeping costs. The reliability, quality, and communication are worth their weight in gold. I can't stress this enough: lower bids do not always equal lower costs. With Specialty Home Improvement, you know exactly what you will be paying right up front. This is the dream team of quality construction. You get what you pay for (and in my experience, just that little bit more)."

"Nucave construction did a great job remodeling and completing a relatively complicated medical facility for me. Excellent job. Ryan was spot on every step of the way through. He was very timely and efficient in getting things done and very knowledgeable about the materials and methods. This build-out included retrofitting and developing nearly 3000 sqft of medical space to include a fully functional operating room and recovery room with anesthesia capability. Included was a combination of medical flooring, vinyl and tile flooring, medical cabinets and sinks, a large reception area with reception desk, and a sterile processing room. Nucave also got the facility current and inspected by the fire marshal. They corrected problems with electrical panels, and got a back-up generator functioning and warrantied for me. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to give my highest recommendations to Ryan and Nucave construction."
