We reached an agreement and he started as scheduled. The framing involved 3 load bearing walls. Only 2 of which were in the architect/engineer's drawing. John discovered an 11-foot load bearing beam missing from their drawing. I thank John many times for discovering that major mistake. John was patient in working through this with me.
