"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. "Plumber came out on time and used a snake to clean out my kitchen sink. The snake got caught and could not be removed so it was left there overnight. I could not use my kitchen and it was a mess. The next day the owner came out to help the plumber remove the snake. It was much later than planned so I had to cancel a doctor's appt to deal with it. They were courteous and pleasant and removed the snake within an hour. The owner helped clean up the mess. I still had further cleaning once they left. I would hire them again."
