"After I contacted several contractors on a room addition I decided to go with Sky Tech Builders and I can tell that it was a really easy decision because they gave me great offer and they completely understood what I wanted to do. They were also available on acceptable time and project started soon after we signed a contract. The project manager and his crew were professional, honest, helpful and very respectful to me and my home. They finished project within time they promised and within my budget. And final outcome is excellent, I am fully satisfied with everything they did and would definitely work with Sky Tech Builders again!"

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!"

During consultation, I was able to trust them with their knowledge and their professionalism, and the results were beyond my expectation. I was out of town during the installation, but they cleaned everything at the end and installation was all done without any defects."

"Mastersuite remodel - created separate office within existing floorspace by adjusting bathroom and closet size. Great experience from start to finish. Ohad Mahoul, owner of Quartz, is very easy to work with, made helpful recommendations for material supplies, regularly visited our home throughout the project and responded very swiftly to calls and emails from start to finish; Ohad’s foreman, Luis, and co-workers, all worked tidily, respectfully and professionally - they were all very pleasant to have around. We made a few adjustments to our project along the way, which the team were happy to accommodate - nothing was too much trouble. The job required plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, bathroom tiling, quartz counter and shower installation, installation of both engineered wood and tiled flooring. We are delighted with the results and are hoping to work with Quartz again on another project at our home."
