"We bought a policy where they come out and clean it twice, come out and service it twice for the year, once for the heating and one for the air conditioning. We have multiple units, so it's not like it's just one units, the house has multiple units, and if I remember it correctly, it was right at $500. The furnish a whole lot of services for that $500. I mean it's a nice package and they come and do a lot of work and they do free check ups and I don't remember what else. The price of this job I can't give you because it's all apart of this package. It was great. I think it's a great price. It's hard to tell what happens, but they have this service plan, and they just do all of it. I think it's a great deal. I have no problem with their quality, it's an A. They schedule and show up on time. They were right on time. They still owe me several visits on that, so I will absolutely use them."

"Techs arrived on time. They set up their equipment and tested the house and irrigation system for leaks. No leaks found in the house plumbing and water system. Found one slow leak in an irrigation control valve. We have had the control valve repaired, and water usage has returned to normal."
