"I had a wonderful experience with TILS. We were needing some framing, drywall, retexturing, windows moved, closet remodels and stucco done within a very tight timeline. I had tried several other contractors and they either were too busy or told us they could do it and then never called us back. I called and talked to Marc and it was smooth sailing from that point on. He did everything he could to make sure everything was getting done right and within the time frame we needed it. He really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy! His workers were there when they said they would be and they were quick! But they did not sacrifice quality at all. "I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and a great craftsman.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"I accidentally drove my car through the wall of the garage. Mr. Brent Hill responded quickly to my call. He came at a time that was convenient for me. The job required more than one visit to complete the final painting. When finished, I could not tell where the repair had been done. The work blended in perfectly with the original. Mr. Hill cleaned up the area and moved everything back into place. The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, was done efficiently, and professionally."

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"As a whole all went very well. He listened to our concerns and open to our ideas. Tony Brice and his crew did a great job. My husband and I absolutely love what that they did. Our master bath is now more like our very own spa/serenity. The master bed room is much more relaxing and brighter.
As with all remodels it had its blips/ issues. Most were not any fault of B Ann Builders or Tonys crew. They were prompt. Stayed on time and budget even though there were surprises durning demo and remodel. Tony took it all in stride with no up charging or additional cost to us. Can not say that about past contractors we have used in the past.
Bottom line. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Brice and B Ann Builders. If you are looking for some one whom is a honest, hardworking and able to communicate all processes. Have Tony come and discuss your remodel.

After we had a recent major rain storm, I discovered localized interior water damage to our home at two locations.  The first location was from an exterior roof leak and the second location was from an exterior window leak.  I contacted GBP Contracting regarding assessment and repair of the problems.  Gary promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to come to our house.  Gary arrived right on time and I showed him the problem areas.  He did an inspection and took some photos and said he would quickly work up a repair proposal and e-mail to me.  Gary was very professional, easy to talk with, and listened to me which I really appreciated.  This was my first experience as a homeowner in dealing with water leak damage so I was anxious and Gary did a super job of explaining what was going on and really put my mind at ease.  The proposal arrived quickly and contained a detailed description of the work to be performed, estimate of the cost, payment terms, and schedule.  The work scope, cost, and schedule were very reasonable and I authorized work to start.  Throughout the repair process, Gary kept in regular contact to tell me when workers would arrive and what work they would do.  Some of the work was done by subcontractors and some by Gary and his staff.  Gary did a great job coordinating the work done by his subcontractors.  Everyone showed up on time and knew exactly what they needed to do.  I was never left hanging and there were no surprises.  The external problem areas at the roof and windows causing the rain leaks were identified and repaired.  They then repaired interior damage to the drywall and textured and painted to match.  All is now beautiful and leak-free.  All in all we are very pleased with the work done by Gary and GBP Contracting.  I appreciated his extensive construction expertise, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.  We will definitely use GBP Contracting in the future and give them our highest recommendation.  Super job all the way around !!!
