"I had a wonderful experience with TILS. We were needing some framing, drywall, retexturing, windows moved, closet remodels and stucco done within a very tight timeline. "Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"Company was given measurements for my dining room table. Two of the pads were measured incorrectly and the wrong pads were sent to me. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

The job required more than one visit to complete the final painting. When finished, I could not tell where the repair had been done. The work blended in perfectly with the original. Mr. Hill cleaned up the area and moved everything back into place. The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, was done efficiently, and professionally."

"As a whole all went very well. He listened to our concerns and open to our ideas. Tony Brice and his crew did a great job. My husband and I absolutely love what that they did. Our master bath is now more like our very own spa/serenity. The master bed room is much more relaxing and brighter.
As with all remodels it had its blips/ issues. Most were not any fault of B Ann Builders or Tonys crew. They were prompt. Stayed on time and budget even though there were surprises durning demo and remodel. Tony took it all in stride with no up charging or additional cost to us. Can not say that about past contractors we have used in the past.
Bottom line. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Brice and B Ann Builders. If you are looking for some one whom is a honest, hardworking and able to communicate all processes. Have Tony come and discuss your remodel.

"Arrived on time and repaired drywall on a water damaged wall.  Was very happy with work completed and would use this company again.

"Just moved to Phoenix in October. I have a patio home with a carport that I wanted to convert into a garage.
After reading Angie's List I selected GPB. I needed drywalling, framing,
electrical, stucco, garage door, opener and painting. Gary is pretty
much a one man show and subcontracted the stucco, garage door and
painting. GBP did the framing and everything else, including buying the materials, getting the
permits and scheduling the inspections. I had two outlets added and two
outside lights added as well. The subs also did a good job, though the
stucco guys left somewhat of a mess that I had to clean up.. When they
came back for the finish coat, GBP yelled at them for that. GPB did
great work. I am a do-it-youself guy so I know how this works. I work
from home so I could see all that was going on. GPB missed one thing
that was required by the inspector and fixed that at his own expense. I
wanted a different paint on three doors and he also covered that at his
own expense. Job ran a little over the estimated finish date, but that
was a weather and scheduling issue and I know these things happen. He
was very punctual and was here when he said he would be.
All in all my wife and I are very happy. Gary is a craftsman in every sense of the word.
The only reason I gave a C on price is because I am not sure if the price I
got was good and have nothing to compare it to. I had lower estimates, but I would have to secure the
permits and buy some of the materials myself.
