"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. "I would highly recommend Anthony from A Squared Electical for any of your electrical needs. Anthony communicated with us several times prior to coming to be certain of our needs. He arrived on time, was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He showed concern for our home by putting down a drop cloth and cleaned up afterwards. He replaced 3 hanging ceiling lights; 1 bathroom light fixture, and 1 hanging ceiling fan. He also repaired a nonfunctional wall socket; as well as, installed several dimmer switches. We are having him come back to install addition lighting in our garage and replace the bathroom fan. Anthony will be our go-to person for any electrical needs we may have. "

"I had a frustrating experience with Mister Sparky (Chandler/Mesa area). I was quoted $800 for an EV charger installation, which was clearly discussed with a manager, documented in writing, and included on the invoice I signed. I also have email confirmation of the agreed price. After moving forward based on that agreement, they attempted to back out and not honor the quoted amount?despite no changes to the scope of work. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is disappointing and unprofessional. I would recommend getting everything in writing and confirming they will actually honor their quote before proceeding."
