I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He also fixed the door on the side of the house and didn’t even tell me. Said it was part of the prepping process. "Ed, the Tech arrived on time, inspected old (17 yr) opener that was not working and found that the motherboard, or the whole unit, would need to be replaced. Decided that after 17 years of use, it would be better to replace the old unit. Ed installed Liftmaster 8365 Premium Series 1/2HP AC Motor with 7' Chain Rail and tuned the rollers"

"They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."
