"Great. Removed old floor, moved furniture, installed new floor and baseboards. They did 1500 sq. ft. in a week. Very professional workers, cleaned up after themselves, and fixed the couple of places that I wanted "better." After a couple of months, they are fixing stair caps, which are really tricky, and replacing a plank that I think is defective. They aim to please, and they have. Hoping I won't need new floors again, but they would be my go to company."

Unfortunately some damage occurred to an appliance, but the company came out, examined the problem and we came to an agreement that was satisfactory to both of us. The work was completed when expected, though the workers were late in arriving the two days scheduled sue to traffic."

"The salesman Wayne was great and a pleasure to have in our home. Was not impressed by how the install was handled. We had a three day project, 2 days of LVP and 1 day of carpet. The LVP crew didnâ t show up until 2pm on day 1 because they had a repair giving to them that morning. Those guys hustled but there was too much work to be done to catch up. They hustled again the second day but it was not enough time to finish so it pushed into a third day which is when the carpet was scheduled. My family had to be very creative on how to stack and stuff furniture around our second floor so there was room for the LVP crew to finish and the carpet could go down. It was a cluster. Not impressed by the baseboard installation. They didnâ t countersink and cover the nails and the corner connections were not aligned that well. I will have to finish that detail work myself. Carpet installer was a true craftsman and did an excellent job. However he didnâ t speak much English so made it difficult to communicate. Needed the help of the LVP guys to interpret. Overall the price was fair but not as impressed by the experience as I wanted to be."

The D&D team did a great job and was extremely professional. I work from home, and they were understanding and developed a plan for the work that provided the least impact on my work. D&D walked them through the entire process and took my input on which way the planks would run and where the carpet seams would be. The stairs' carpet has a pattern. D&D did a great job making sure that the cuts made fit the pattern, so it looked like a continuous piece of carpet. Due to the amount of work, it took them a couple of days. The flooring and carpet turned out beautifully, and I am very happy with the results. "
