"I connected with Ever fence online for an estimate. It turned out to be very expensive. They sent the marketing executive Mr. Cesar for site visit and measurement. The revised quote was reasonable but still outside of my budget. Couple months later they had promotions and gave me better pricing and also offer financing option. Cesar was pleasant to work with, the installation crew came in for site prep and then in 2 weeks the installation was scheduled and project completed in the same day. The total fence was 270 ft linear and the height is 6 ft. The installation crew should be appreciated because there were about 12 team members be they coordinated well to get the job done in the same day. Thanks Ravi"

"Steve and his crew are the nicest guys and did an outstanding job in building a new fence for our backyard. They were courteous, respectful, and gave excellent advice in helping us choose a fence that would work best for our situation. We arrived home today as they were finishing up and were absolutely delighted with our drop-dead-gorgeous new fence. You might have to wait a little bit for them to get you on their schedule, but trust me, it is totally worth the wait. "They did a fine job with one exception. They were to include a self closing latch on the gate as it protects a spa, per the discussion during the quote. All other "spa" requirements were met. We've called California vinyl about it twice with their agreement this would be remedied....so far to no avail. As the work was performed on Aug 27th, and they've been paid, I know doubt that they will return to fix it. I would have give 5 stars in the rating, but this is not acceptable. One month later (today, 9/30) they finished the job by putting on the self-closing latch. I am perfectly satisfied now!"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need.
